What Stagekit is
Stagekit is an app a band uses to prepare for rehearsals and gigs: the calendar, the setlists and the songs, for every band member on their own phone or tablet. Stagekit is made by Multi stage, Beverwijk, the Netherlands. Contact: email us.
Start for free
Stagekit is free to use. Later there will be a paid version with more features; there will always be a free version. If anything changes in what you have for free now, you will hear about it well in advance, and you never pay anything unless you choose to.
Signing up a band
- You sign up a band with your own name and an email address that is yours.
- We may review a sign-up before the band is ready, and we may reject it. You then get an email with the reason.
- Whoever signs up the band becomes the admin. The admin decides who joins and is the contact person for the band.
- Your band’s address, such as stagekit.nl/your-band, is fixed once the band is ready.
- If you put your band on the list while sign-ups are not open yet, we hold the address you choose until 30 days after our email that you can sign up. After that it becomes available again.
What you put in
- What you enter remains yours. We only use it to make Stagekit work.
- Only put sheets, lyrics and recordings in Stagekit that are yours or that you may use for the band. Stagekit never fetches lyrics from the internet itself.
- No content that hurts, threatens or harms others.
If something goes wrong
We do our best to keep Stagekit working at all times, also without internet on stage. Still, something can go wrong: an outage, a phone that gives up. For a gig that really matters, bring a printed setlist. We are not liable for damage caused by an outage or by lost data, unless we caused it intentionally or through gross negligence.
Stopping
You can always stop. Email us and we will delete the band and the members’ data. Anyone who does not keep to these terms can be suspended; you will hear why first.
If this changes
If we change these terms substantially, we email the band admins. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
