Answer Can you?

Is the band asking if you can make it? Tap Can you? and answer with I can or Can't make it. The whole band sees the result. Agenda

Let the band know you are away

Add a holiday or a busy week and the whole band sees it. One day or a whole period. Agenda

Cancel for an agenda item

Can't make a gig, rehearsal or meeting? Say so with a reason. The planner gets a message straight away. Agenda

Prepare for rehearsal

A rehearsal shows which songs the band will practise. Tick off what you know and open each song in your own view. Agenda

Record a rehearsal

Record a song with your phone during rehearsal. Listen back later and share it with the band if you like. Agenda

A meeting

Put an item on the meeting agenda. Afterwards, someone writes down what was agreed. Agenda · For the admin

Add something to the agenda

Ask the band who can make it

Ask a sub

Cancel, archive and restore

A gig is off, or needs to leave the agenda? Nothing gets lost. You can always restore it or book it again. Agenda · For the admin

Connect Google Calendar

Does the band keep a Google Calendar? Connect it to Stagekit. Gigs and rehearsals then appear in the app by themselves.
