Cancel for an agenda item

Can't make one gig, rehearsal or meeting? Then cancel for that agenda item. Whoever keeps the agenda gets a message straight away.

How to do it

  1. Open the agenda item in the Agenda

  2. Tap the three dots at the top right

  3. Tap Can't make it

  4. Under Why, add a reason, such as ill

    You don't have to.

  5. Tap I can't make it

Quicker: swipe the card in the agenda to the right and tap Can't, the button with the calendar with a cross.

After all

Open the agenda item, tap the three dots and then I can make it after all. Or swipe the card to the right and tap I'm in, the calendar with a tick. The planner gets a message then too.

Good to know

  • Shortly before the date, Can't make it is no longer there. By then there usually needs to be a conversation. Call or message the band yourself.
  • If there is a Can you? question running, answer there. See Answer Can you?.
  • After the gig there is nothing to cancel. The button is gone then.
