Suggest a change

Is something wrong on your sheet, like a chord or a word? Fix it yourself. Just for you, or as a suggestion to the band.

How to do it

  1. Open the song and press and hold the line that is wrong

    On a computer, right-click it.

  2. Tap Something wrong? Fix it

    Only want to remember something? Tap Note for me. See Your own note with a song.

  3. Change what needs changing under Chords and Lyrics

    Below it you see what it said before.

  4. Choose who it is for:

  • Only for me: it is on your sheet, the band sees nothing. Tap Save on my sheet.
  • Suggest to the band: a manager looks at it. Add a reason under Why? if you like, and tap Send suggestion.
  1. You see the change on your sheet right away, with Your suggestion, not reviewed yet above it. Without internet it goes along as soon as you are connected again.

After the review

You get a message and it shows at the top of Songs. If it is accepted, the whole band sees it this way. If not, you see why and it stays on your sheet.

Back to the band's version? Press and hold the line and tap Back to the band version. That also withdraws a suggestion that has not been reviewed yet.

For whoever keeps the songs

Songs shows an amber number and the bar 2 suggestions are waiting for you. Tap it and pick a suggestion. Under Now and Suggestion, what is removed is struck through and what is new is green.

  • Accept: everyone sees it right away.
  • Adjust: change it yourself first.
  • Decline: write a reason under Why not? and tap Send. The musician sees that reason.

If you can edit the song yourself, choose For the whole band when fixing a line and tap Save for the band. Earlier reviews are with the song, under History.
