Let the band know you are away
Going on holiday, or having a busy week? Put it in Stagekit. The band then knows you are away, and nobody needs to call.
How to do it
Go to Me
Under When I can't make it, tap Add a date
Under From, choose the first day
Under Until, choose the last day
If it is just one day, leave this as it is.
If you like, choose a reason under Why: Holiday, Work or Other
With Other you type the reason yourself. You don't have to.
Tap Save
What the band sees
- An agenda item in that period says in amber that you can't make it.
- In Month, those days get an amber dot.
- Under When I can't make it on Me you see all your periods.
- If there is already a gig in that period, Stagekit tells you. The band will then see you can't make it.
From the agenda too
- In Month, tap a day and then Can't make it.
- If you don't keep the agenda, there is a Can't make it button at the top of the agenda.
- If you do keep the agenda, Can't make it is under the plus button New.
Frequently asked questions
I can make it after all
Swipe the agenda item to the right and tap I can after all. Or in Month, tap the day and then I can after all.
I can't make one particular gig
Then cancel for that gig. See Cancel for an agenda item.
