Send the setlist to the band
A setlist you make is not visible to the band yet. Only when you send it does it appear in everyone's app. That way nobody plays from a half-finished list.
How to do it
Open the setlist, tap the three dots at the top right, then Edit
Tap Send to the band at the bottom
You see Sent to the band
Send a change
If you change something afterwards, Send to the band is back.
- Tap Send to the band.
- Stagekit asks What changed?. Write it down briefly, such as: Set 2 reordered.
- The band reads this along with the message.
Good to know
- Each time you send, the version goes up by one. The version is on the setlist and on the printout.
- If you send without internet, the setlist goes along once there is internet.
- Sending is for whoever runs the setlists.
