What is Stagekit
Stagekit is your band's app. You see when you play, what you play and how each song goes. You can't break anything.
How to do it
Open Stagekit
You always start on the Agenda.
At the bottom are the fixed places: Agenda, Setlists, Songs and Me
On a tablet they are on the left.
Tap a place to go there
They are always in the same spot.
The fixed places
- Agenda: gigs, rehearsals and meetings. This is also where you say when you can't make it.
- Setlists: what the band plays on a night, in order.
- Songs: all the band's songs. You see each song your way, for your instrument.
- Me: your details and the settings for this device.
- Manage: only for the people who run the band. See Invite members.
Phone, tablet and computer
On a phone or tablet you use the Stagekit app. On a computer you open Stagekit in the browser. You see the same everywhere. A few things for the admin only work on a computer, such as importing songs and connecting Google Calendar.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to update anything?
No. Stagekit updates itself. Never in the middle of a song.
Can I break something?
No. What you set only applies to you. What applies to the whole band is up to the admin.
