Make a setlist

Whoever makes the setlists puts the night together here. Stagekit adds up the playing time per set, so a 45 minute set really is 45 minutes.

How to do it

  1. Open the gig in the Agenda and tap Make the setlist

    Or in Setlists, tap the plus button New setlist.

  2. Tap Add song

    Search for a song, or pick from Last played and All songs. Tap Done when you have enough.

  3. Hold the handle on the left of a song and drag it to its place

    That works to another set too.

  4. Tap Add set for another set, or Add spare for spare songs

  5. Tap Save

The band only sees the setlist once you send it. See Send the setlist to the band.

Per set

Tap the three dots next to a set. There you set the Length, tick Spare, or choose Remove set.

Per song

Tap the small arrow on the right of a song. There you write a note for this gig, turn on New for the band, or choose Skip tonight. The bin removes it from the setlist.

Help with the order

Each set has a small spark. Tap it for a Suggestion for the order. Tap Use this if you like it, or Never mind.

Good to know

  • If the setlist is still empty, Copy a setlist lets you start from an earlier gig or a draft.
  • Undo reverses a move.
