View the agenda

The agenda is where you always start. It shows what the band is going to do.

How to do it

  1. Tap Agenda at the bottom

  2. Upcoming

    shows the week at the top. Below it, per day, what is coming up.

  3. Tap Month to see a whole month at a glance

  4. Tap a card to open the gig, rehearsal or meeting

The week at the top

  • Seven days. Today has a red ring.
  • A dot under a day means something is on. Amber means: take a look.
  • Swipe sideways or tap the arrows for the previous or next week.
  • Tap a day with something on to jump to it. An empty day opens Month on that day.

What you see in the list

  • A heading per day. The time on the left, a card next to it.
  • A card has one label at most: Can you?, Hold or how much is new. See Answer Can you?.
  • If someone can't make it, the card shows Can't on the right with a circle for each band member, in their own colour.
  • A line in amber under the title says what else is going on, such as a different time or a clash with another gig.
  • On the day of a gig, the red Start button is on its card.

Who can't make it

  1. Tap the circles under Can't. They get bigger.
  2. Tap someone. You see their name, what they play and why they can't make it.
  3. Tap someone else to switch, or anywhere else to close it.

If you plan the agenda, there are buttons too: Call, if the band member has a phone number, and Find a sub, if the band has subs. See Ask a sub.

The month

  • On a phone: a circle for each day with something on. White is a gig, grey a rehearsal or meeting, an amber dot means take a look. Tap a day and its cards appear below, with the circles of who can't make it.
  • On a tablet or computer: the titles are in the boxes and the chosen day is next to them. If there is a clash, you see Find a sub and Ask the band right away.

Tap the magnifying glass and type a name, venue or place. Search also looks through what has already happened.

Swiping in the list

Swipe a card to the right for Can't (the calendar with a cross), or for I'm in (the calendar with a tick) if you had already said you couldn't. On a computer, click the card and drag it aside, just like with a finger; right-click it for the same choices in a menu. Just pointing at it with the mouse does nothing, so a click on the circles at Can't make it simply shows who can't make it.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I see what has already happened?

In Month. Past items are dimmed there.

What do the colours of the circles mean?

Every band member has their own colour, so you see at once who it is. You choose your colour yourself, see Edit your profile. In the list, a meeting is sand grey and a rehearsal grey blue.

I can't find a gig

A gig that is cancelled disappears from Upcoming. It is still in Month, marked Cancelled.
