Ask a sub

A band member can't make it, and the band has a sub in Stagekit? Then ask the sub on the agenda item itself.

How to do it

  1. Open the gig or rehearsal in the Agenda

  2. Under Sub you see the band's subs

  3. Turn on the switch next to the person you want to ask

    It then says Asked.

Quicker: at the top, under Can't make it, tap Find a sub. That takes you straight to Sub.

What the sub sees

The sub gets a message and only sees this agenda item, the setlist and the songs. No fee, no client and no other agenda items. In LIVE, the sub only watches along.

Good to know

  • This only works with internet.
  • You only see Sub if the band has a sub. See A sub in the band.
  • If the sub has no account, use a link instead. See Link for a sub.
  • Turn the switch off again and the sub is no longer asked.
