Ask the band who can make it
Is there a request that is out of the ordinary, such as a different day or time? Ask the band in Stagekit who can make it, instead of in the group chat. This works for a hold, for whoever does the planning and for the admin.
How to do it
Open the hold in the Agenda
Under According to the agenda you see who has blocked that day
Tap Ask the band
Under Note, write briefly what is special
Under Answer within, choose 24, 48 or 72 hours
Tap Ask the band
After that
- Whoever hadn't blocked the day gets a message and answers with I can or Can't make it.
- Under Who can you see the result so far.
- Whoever hasn't answered yet gets a reminder.
- When everyone has answered or the time is up, you get the result. You decide.
- Withdraw question stops the question.
Good to know
- The whole band reads the note. So don't put an amount in it if not everyone may see the fee.
- Asking only works with internet.
