View a gig

Tap a gig in the agenda. You then see everything about that night on one screen.

How to do it

  1. Go to Agenda and tap the gig

  2. At the top are the date, the name and the venue

    Tap Directions and the map opens with the way there.

  3. Next to the little shirt is what the band wears that night

  4. Tap Schedule

    You see what time to be there, when the band plays, the break and the end.

  5. At the bottom is the button for this moment, such as Open the setlist

Who can't make it

If someone can't make it, the block Can't make it sits right under the name of the gig. For each band member you see the circle, the name, what they play and the reason if there is one. If you keep the agenda, each member has Call and Find a sub. See Ask a sub.

What else is there

  • Business: the fee, the sound and the contact person. Tap it to open it. You only see the fee if the band has set it up that way.
  • Call: if the contact person has a phone number, you call with one tap.
  • Heads up: in orange at the bottom is what the band really must not forget.
  • Small pictures at the top show what there is on site, such as a dressing room or parking. Tap them for the words.

Behind the dots

At the top right are three dots. Behind them is what you don't need every time:

Frequently asked questions

It says The setlist is coming

Then the setlist hasn't been sent to the band yet. You get a message as soon as it is ready.

There is "was" next to a time

Then that time has changed. After was is the old time.
