Change the setlist during the gig

On stage, things don't always go as planned. The band leader, and whoever may change the setlist live, then adjusts the setlist. Nothing disappears: a skipped song stays in the list, crossed out.

How to do it

  1. Open Tonight's setlist in LIVE

  2. Swipe a song to the left

  3. Tap what you want:

  • Play now: this song comes now.
  • Next: this song comes next.
  • Skip: the band skips this song tonight.
  1. For six seconds you see Undo.

You put a skipped song back with Restore.

In the LIVE menu

Tap the three dots at the top right:

  • Skip next up: the next song drops out.
  • Queue another song: find a song and queue it as the next one.
  • After the last song there is Encore. There you pick an extra song.

Is the set running over?

Then the hourglass turns orange, and a bar shows how many minutes the set is running over. Skip takes a song out.

On the day itself, outside LIVE

Open the setlist, tap the three dots and then Edit. For each song choose Skip or Play it anyway, and Add song adds a song. Then tap Send to the band, or Don't send.

Good to know

  • One person changes it at a time. If someone else is busy, you see who, and you take over with Take over.
  • Who may change the setlist live is set by the admin. See Band leader and live changes.
