Log in with a code

How to do it

   Open Stagekit

   Under Email address, enter the address the band invited you with

   Tap Send me a code

   Open your email

   You get an email with a six-digit code.

   Enter the code under Code

   Tap Log in

With the button in the email

The invitation email also has a Log in button. Tap it and you are in straight away. The button and the code work once together, for one hour.

A code from the admin

If the admin is next to you, the admin can show a code on their own screen. No email is sent. A code from the invitation works the same way.

1. Enter your email address.
2. Tap I already have a code.
3. Enter the code the admin reads out, and tap Log in. Don't tap Send me a code here: the admin's code would then stop working.

Frequently asked questions

I don't get an email

Check your spam too. If you get more than one, the newest counts. Otherwise tap Send a new code.

It says this email address isn't in the band

Then the admin hasn't invited you yet, or used a different address. Ask the admin to invite you.

The code doesn't work

The code is valid for one hour. If it has expired, ask for a new one with Send a new code.

I use a different email address

Tap Different email address and start again.
