Drafts, copies and the archive
A setlist that doesn't belong to a gig yet is called a draft. This is how you keep a fixed list, such as a standard one for a wedding. The band doesn't see drafts.
How to do it
In Setlists, tap the plus button New setlist
Give the setlist a Name, such as Standard wedding
Add the songs
See Make a setlist.
Under Gig, choose no gig, and tap Save
The list is now under Drafts.
Using a draft
- Link: open the draft, tap the three dots and then Link to a gig. Choose the gig and tap Save and link. The draft becomes that gig's setlist.
- Duplicate: want to keep the draft? Tap Duplicate first. The gig then gets a copy and the draft stays.
- Copy a setlist: in an empty setlist, pick a draft or an earlier gig to start from.
The archive
- A setlist you no longer need goes out of sight with Archive. Nothing is removed.
- In Setlists, tap the three dots at the top right and then Archive. There you find the played and archived setlists.
- You restore from the setlist itself. Tap the three dots and then Restore from the archive.
Good to know
Later, no setlist yet lists gigs further away that have no setlist yet.
